  I've got a big one that is annoying as well. Bathing can help with the circulation, and get the excess blood out of the area, and ice can help reduce the swelling. Other than that, the wipes and cream are about the best you can do when you're out and about.

  I have a huge one!  My MW told me that it's not going to go away until after the baby is born because of the pressure.  All you can do is: use the cream, witch hazel, baths with epsom salt, etc.

  My sister did give me a good remedy that doesn't take it away but makes things quite a bit more comfortable.  As bad as it sounds, push it back in.  Every time you use the restroom, wash your hands first and when you're done push it back in.  I'm telling you, as gross as it sounds, it really works and it's made life with a hemorrhoid  more tolerable.

  Well... I have the same thing and I've been taking a stool softener so that it's easier for me to 'go'. But, besides that it doens't hurt at all! BUT, I'm SUPER paranoid about it!! Like, I do NOT like it there! It's like having a huge pimple on your face that you just want to go away and it won't!!!! I've heard that you can get them surgically removed but still, I want it gone... NOW...lol
