I felt a twitch! Was that baby?

Today when I was driving I felt what seemed like a combo of a pretty strong twitch, and the tiniest punch ever. It was way down low, way under my belly button. Is this what my first kicks feel like?! I've been trying to feel something ever since but without success ;)

    Yep exactly that at first! They'll get stronger as the days/weeks go on. Enjoy those cute little nudges! ;-)

    Thanks! So exciting! I was driving with H and totally teared up when it happened. And then I started thinking maybe it was just a muscle twitch and I was crying over nothing. LOL

    It sounds like it was. I hope next time baby finds a more convenient time so you can enjoy it without having to focus on traffic etc.

    If a twitch is what it feels like when baby starts moving then I felt it too!! In the middle of the night on Friday I rolled over onto my stomach accidently and felt like 6 or 7 muscle twitches/spasms in my belly. I turned back over quickly and felt another 2 then nothing. Haven't felt anything since though...

    One of my babies feels like it's poking me, the other feels like it's just squirming as if it's trying to tickle me.

    I'd felt some questionable pops in week 16 and 17 but last night (18W3D) I definitely think it the baby. I had a big cup of hot chocolate and then all of a sudden it felt like tiny bubbles were bursting continuously in my lower abdomen (right above the pubic bone). This went on for a good 7-10 seconds! Hubby had plenty of time to put his hand on my belly and felt them too! It was unlike anything I'd felt before. Wow! I can't wait to feel it again.
