So I was overweight before I was pg... gained too much with my pregnancy and even though I have lost alot of my pg weight I seem to have hit bump in weightloss. Right now I am doing more of an eating thing than exercising since I just had my gallbladder removed. I really think the best way for me to get a jumpstart to my weightloss is to find a good supplement. What's your favorite, what are the potential side effects? TIA!
Re: Your favorite supplement
As a fitness enthusiast, marathoner and group fitness instructor, I'm a big believer in diet and exercise. There are no "safe" supplements (ie. FDA approved) that are going to take the place of hard work and diligence. If that were the case, we wouldn't have such a problem with weight in the U.S. I'd recommend tracking what you are eating and increasing your workouts. If you can't increase them quite yet because of your surgery, I would at least recommend switching them up. The body is very good at quickly adapting to a routine, which is why most ppl hit plateaus in their weight loss, so its important to change up your routine every 4-6 weeks. Good luck!!
This! 100%.
Also recommend lots of fruits and veggies, it is amazing what they can do for you.

Shakeology for me too! It has all of the nutrients you need, reduces cravings, and tastes delicious! It is by FAR the best supplement out there. I love to help people with weightloss, fitness, and nutrition. Let me know if you need anything:)
