I broke my winter coat

Lands End says I can send my old one back and get it replaced. We will need to pay the difference since they don't sell the one I have anymore. Now I don't see one that I like. 

The zipper got stuck and I couldn't zip it down. Only up. When it got to the top, I was trapped and had to force the zipper handle off the wrong way, breaking the teeth.  I sad.

    I would've had a panic attack if that happened to me.

    What a pain!  The zipper broke on my favorite pea coat once.  I took it to the cleaners and they wanted something like $50 at least to fix it.  Yeah, I got a new coat instead.  I hope you find something you like with Land's End!  That is a good policy of theirs.

    That stinks.  Too bad they don't have something else that you really like, so you wouldn't feel so sad about replacing it.

    TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!
