new lurker who wants to start being active... if you will have me

Hello!

I have been a lurker since finding I out I was pregnant. I was due Aug 6 and end up going a week early and having a beautiful son on July 31. I have "watched" this board for a while. I am not a big poster because people tend to already write my thoughts... (I swear the bump should have "LIKE" buttons!)

I tried looking at the July board but I will be honest everyone is friendly HERE and I want to be able to post more. I am on late due to working 45 mins away from home and get home late. SO..... If you will have me I would love to join the Aug board. I know I am asking a lot since I have a July baby and our babies are around 6 months...and I do not like nutella ( I KNOW I KNOW I AM KICKED OFF ALREADY!!!!!) ( I do try it again and again and I want to like it.... maybe now that I had DS I will like it because my taste buds have changed? LOL )

    I ended up with a July baby (EDD Aug 15) AND  i also have a 45 minute work commute.  Boo to commutes!

    Welcome! I have a July baby too! EDD was Aug 12th! You lurked for a long time! How did you not join in on HDBD when we all had big bellies! Anyways, again welcome!

    There are lots of July moms here.  Me included.   First EDD August 2 based on charting;  second EDD July 31 based on LMP.  Baby born July 20!

    Welcome!! I commute and hour and 20 minutes.  I listen to Audiobooks.  I have finished so many books that way.  I might be cheating on Goodreads...

    Well thank you for the great welcome... I knew I liked this board!!

    Yes having to commute to work sucks... I use to work in NYC and that was 2 hours one way so I am grateful for the 45 min and a job :)

    I did lurk for a long time. I did a whole bunch of construction on my house and being pregnant...= NOT A VERY NICE LADY LOL! I am glad that I have part one done.... now we are on to part two.... (at least a cocktail or 12 can be consumed this time around)

    again I knew the nutella thing would get someone lol... I do try it again and again... my SIL is a HUGE fan....

    I am glad there are other July mommies here... :)

    I have a July 30th baby too but it seems like everyones babies are so much older and some are even crawling, lol. Plus that board is a ghost town.

    Oh I know I feel like they are so far advanced. LOL. I just see how everyone is on the board with each other and I liked it. :)

    Welcome to the August 2011 board!  I too have a July baby (July 23rd) but was due 8/1.  This board is by far the nicest and best group!  :)
