i miss it like crazy, especially because it helped keep me "balanced."
I miss it too! I've been dairy free for the past 7 months but I was thinking about introducing yogurt to lo but im afraid of his reaction. Any thoughts or suggestions.
I was completely dairy free for 4 months. I have slowly been eating dairy again, everything but milk so far and things have been good. I'd try yogurt if I were you. And see how it goes.
My pedi recommended waiting till she was a year. I gave her soy yogurt ( check the label ) I was only able to find dairy free yogurt at whole foods or chamberlins.
My LO's nutritionist and pedi both told me to first introduce dairy to my diet and see how LO reacted. Then introduce to her diet if it goes well. So far, she has failed any dairy challenge in my diet so we aren't trying again for quite awhile.

I was never dairy free. LO has had plain, whole milk yogurt, on its own and mixed with fruit and oatmeal.
He loves it. But he loves everything, pretty much.
