GTG spot for young toddlers?

I have some friends coming into town with their children, and we are all planning to get together one afternoon. Most of the children will be 13-16 months at that point with two 3-year-olds. I think we're looking at about 7-10 mamas with babies and some dads.

 Any ideas for a place that is baby-friendly where we can go hang out for an afternoon? The Children's Museum has been floated out there, but some think it is more geared toward the older kids than the babies. Any ideas would be so appreciated!!

 

Edit to adjust the age of the kiddos - I just realized none of us will have infants then.

    We loved going to the Children's Museum when Will was around 15 months - he had a ton of fun exploring everything and all the exhibits. They also have a toddler area that was great for him at that age. It can be hard to chat with your friends though if your kids are going in different directions.

    Springwoods Park has a nice younger kiddos area. We also enjoy Safari Champ (Round Rock), but depending on the day/time you're going, it can be very crowded.
