Need your opinions please!

Ok, here is the question: would it be wrong of me to register only at amazon.com? I feel kind of bad about it because I would be forcing people to go online and order things from there, but honestly, they have way better stuff than BRU. BRU is the only baby store in my area, so we are really limited. I just find that BRU is over priced and don't have the greatest selection. Also, we are cloth diapering, and BRU doesn't seem to support that very well. All the things I really like are online only at BRU anyway. I don't like forcing people to use the internet though (especially since I already feel weird asking for things in the first place). What are your opinions?

    i think people can buy from other stores and marked purchased on an amazon registry....   but i cant remember who told me that...

    If there are those that are inconvenienced by it, they will end up just buying random stuff you probably won't want or need.  If you're okay with that then I would do just the Amazon, but expect those who aren't into online buying to buy whatever they feel like it.  This would be my worry anyway.

    I'm thinking of doing this.  I wish we had BRU, we only have Target and Walmart.  I'll probably register for some basic stuff at Target to give people an option if they don't shop online but it'll probably be clothes and .... bibs, I guess?  We're also CD so diapers aren't even an option to "register" for.  Good luck to you!

    I was going to do that too but discovered that the breast pump I would buy with the completion coupon doesn't currently qualify on amazon (not sold and shipped by Amazon) so I started a BRU one for that as well as a few minor items that people maybe don't want to get from online.  The pack n play I want is also not available on amazon (a very basic graco one).  We did an Amazon only wedding registry which worked out pretty good.

    Since it is conveinant i would go with it. For those that dont have access or just dont want to order online ou could always send out a letter of things needed. So people get the picture and dont decide their taste is yours.
