any dual military??

I am Army National Guard & he is active duty Marines.

 

We are here at Camp Pendleton, CA in San Diego & my unit is in Long Beach, CA.

Looking to go to OCS & commision Marine Corps in the next 24 months after my 6 year ETS!

    My H is AD E MC, and I'm an O applicant looking to go to next month's board. Welcome! Why the Marine Corps after the Guard? 

    Also, please, please, please take your FB request and your name out of the post. So many weirdos lurk. I have a lot of people from Military Nesties on my FB, but it took a while and we private messaged names and emails.  

    I've seen a lot of military surprise homecomings. It wouldn't work on me. I always have my back to the corner and my face to the door. Looking for terrorists, criminals, various other threats, and husbands.

    Former Army MP and hubby was Army Engineer, now AF MC, civilian hubby. Agree with above advice re:personal info. Also, AD dual military is tough. Think long and hard about making the leap to dual AD... Joint assignments can be interesting. (at least the military's idea of joint assignments can nd interesting)
    33 yo, DH with MFI Iui x4, Dec 2009 to Jan2011 all BFN.... IVF May 2011 BFP, mc June 2011 at 6.5 weeks, FET Oct 2011 BFP! Sweet baby girl born 25 June 2012** started adoption process Feb 2010, approved Oct 2010, failed match in delivery rooms Feb & Aug 2011... Birthmom called back 3d after we returned home. Aug 26 2011, our sweet baby boy comes home for good!!

    Hi and welcome.  I edited your personal info out of your post.  Please don't give that info out.  There are far too many creepers that lurk on these boards.  As someone with that much time in service, I would assume you had learned about PERSEC.

    I am a former USAR MP.  I served for 6 years and I am almost 1 yr into my IRR time.  MH is AD Army.  We are in GA.

    We're dual Army National Guard. I've been a full timer for the last 5 years and he works as a contractor but we're as busy as two AD pepole sometimes.

    I'm RCN and he's RCAF - he used to be navy too [thats how we met] but he switched trades.
    Any other Canadian military here?
