LBB has been a crappy napper since mid-January when he went from 90 minute naps to 30 minute naps. Over the past 3 weeks they've increased up to 40 minutes, and I can rock him back down and get another 30-40 minutes out of him.
He's on his second nap of the day that is over an hour!

He was 4 months on the 2nd.
the 30 minute nap phase was awful, but it was clearly a phase for us. I feel bad for the kids whose parents think they just have bad sleepers and start to try to train. It's just exhausting when they won't sleep more but it passes!
So glad to hear he's on the way out!
