Valentines day!

I've posted this before and I know others have too but anyone doing anything romatic for their DH for Valentines day? My husband has been planning a surprise for weeks and I feel like a bum because I've only gotten him a card so far!

Because our wedding anniversary is in November, then it's Christmas, then our "dating anniversary" is at the end of January, and then it's valentine's day...we only do stuff for wedding anniversary and Christmas...otherwise, it'd be way too much. We *might* go out for dinner but it depends on how we feel after work.

We are going out to dinner. I have an appointment on Monday where I will get to hear the heart beat for the first time. Unfortunately, DH has to go to San Antonio Sunday and will get back Monday night so he will miss the appointment. I plan on recording it for him on my phone and attempting to transfer it somehow to something awesome...suggestions welcome. Wink

We usually just exchange cards. I just remembered tonight while I was at the store that I needed to get cards for him and DD. I almost forgot.

My doctor's office gave me a frame that you could record a sound on. That would be cute to record the heart beat and put in an u/s photo if you have one.

We don't do a lot for Valentine's Day. DH usually cooks dinner and we stay in.

our first apt is valentines day! so excited except we aren't having an ultrasound and it will be too early to hear baby on a doppler so I'm kind of bummed. I got DH a card.. maybe we will go out to dinnner, but we will have DS with us... I'm lucky I have 2 valentine's

Our wedding anniversary is this month (the 22nd) so I don't expect to do anything on Valentine's day. We will probably just celebrate our anniversary

Just getting a heart shaped pizza from a local pizza place, exchanging cards and small gifts, and spending time together after DS goes to bed.

I have no idea! I wanted to send him some Shari's Berries, but we work on a college campus and that would require then going through shipping and receiving and it would probably sit in his mailbox forever before he checked it....I'm still trying to think logistical stuff....

On Friday he sent me flowers with a card that says I get 5 days of spoiling, he loves doing that. Today I got chocolate covered strawberries, I'm excited to see what else he's doing, but hate I can't think of something super awesome!

I have a card for him and a coupon book for free kisses. We are also going out to dinner at one of our favortie v-day resturants. We do not do anything to big but go out for dinner and exchange cards and a kiss:)
