  The elite has a minky insert and the perfect size has a MF insert. I can't speak to any differences in size though because I no longer have any perfect to compare the elite too.

  The main difference is that the Elite is a one-size diaper and the perfect size is not (comes in XS, S, M and L)

  The Elite is a one-size (adjustable size so it fit the average baby from newborn to pottytraining)

  The Perfect size is sized, so there is no adjustment, you just buy the size your baby is in (xs, s, m, l, xl)

  The elite also comes with a minky insert, while the perfect size (and the old fuzzibunz one-size before the elite came out), came with microfiber.

  Sorry to drop this into your post, but because it has to do with the FB CD I hope it's okay!
