Not sure if it's morning sickness or stomach flu

My 2 year old had the stomach flu on Weds and today between 7-8 weeks, I have felt nauseous all day and dry heaved this morning.  I haven't had any morning sickness thus far just some indigestion when I don't eat.

I felt a little bit better for awhile after lunch today but now I feel off again.  I just feel like it would be really late in the game for me to be getting morning sickness and I was never sick with my son.  Does anyone know the difference between morning sickness and the stomach flu?  I guess I should find out soon enough if I start vomiting every 30 mins.

    Sounds like m/s to me. I had the flu earlier this week and I was puking at least once an hour for almost 24 hours. I couldn't even keep water down for almost the entire time, much less any food.

    Same here. I also had horrible diarrhea. Sounds like m/s to me.

    i had the flu last weekend.. this is how it went for me..

    I had both at the same time it was easy for me to tell the difference just because my whole body had that flu ache and my head was pounding, sore throat and I only felt really sick when I stood up. Yuck I hate feeling sick. Sad part was I got my flu shot like 1 week prior lol. So much for that
