Our floors are very cold in winter and our daughter doesn't like to wear socks or slippers for very long. Consequently, her feet are ice cold (although it doesn't bother her).
Any tips on how to encourage her to keep her socks on?
R will pull his socks off right away unless he's got shoes on too. His feet get pretty cold if we let him go sockless for too long.
She takes her shoes off as soon as we walk in the door! Sometimes she puts them back on after she takes her socks off, but again, not for long.
Have you tried Robeez soft sole shoes? They're perfect for wearing indoors and would help keep the socks on. My little guy doesn't try to pull them off, but a lot of the reviews I've read say they're the only shoes their kids don't pull off their feet. We also have the triple roll socks from Old Navy and unrolled they go up past my son's knees. Maybe your little one wouldn't be able to pull them off as easily? They're also good because they have the grippy writing on the bottoms.

It's cold here which makes the ceramic cold. My guys take their socks off. Meh. I'm not concerned really.
You could use duct tape.
