I was 25ish weeks. I was having a hard time just mentally dealing with being pregnant so going to prenatal yoga was a big deal for me. One woman was 11 weeks when she first started coming. As long as you are feeling good enough and it's okay with your doc I say go.
I'm up of Phinney and liked Yoga Momma at the Phinney Center. Not much help to you but the instructor was great.
I was about 27 weeks, but only because life kept me too busy up until then. I went to the Seattle Holistic Center on Aurora in Greenlake. It is amazing and I know a TON of people who swear by Collette's classes.
I went to a prenatal class last week at 8 limbs in Capitol hill. There were people just ending their first tri as well as those 30+ weeks. This class was very gentle, and quite the change from the flow style yoga I have done previously. I liked it there and will be going back.
I used DVD at about 9 weeks and found that it helped with digestion. I started weekly classes around 17 weeks. I highly recommend Aditi Yoga in Wallingford on Stone Way. I think prenatal yoga had a lot to do with my easy delivery and quick recovery, so I urge everyone to start early and stick with it.
