How to nap at work without getting caught...?

I need tips, NOW.  I feel like I'm going to barf and fall asleep.

    I take a 20minute-30minute power nap on my lunch every single day (and have even before I was pregnant).  I have the luxury of two things...number one it's my lunch so noone gets to tell me how to spend it, and two, I have an office with a door inside my classroom, so I close all classroom doors, close my office door, turn off the light, set my alarm and snooze away.

     

    Don't know if that will work for you but here's hoping!

    Ahh! YES, this I can do!  Thank you, thank you.  I'll just tell my coworkers that I'll be sleeping during lunch from now on.

    I just told my boss I wish that my desk wasn't right in front of the glass door because I'd just lay my head down. When work comes in, I'll do it, but until then I'm going to just drool right here.

    I used to take my power naps in my car, until my schedule changed.  Oh how I miss my little spot in between the two recycling dumpsters underneath the trees.

    Lurking here...when I was preggers with DS I used to sit on the toilet with my head resting on my hands for 10-15 minutes (not a heavily used bathroom).  Sometimes you gotta get creative!
