Coffee isn't working.....

I'm going to have to result to a more vigorous form of waking up this morning like jumping jacks or something. This is ridiculous!! My head just about hit the desk from slipping off my hand a few minutes ago. WOW!!! thank goodness it is nearly the weekend!

  • i find that working out first thing in the morning is a huge energy boost... its hard to get out of bed and get moving but afterwards i feel great :)

  • That was me the other day..Hang in there! Maybe try to get up and walk around the office for a bit..do some stretching..TGIF!

  • That's funny - I'm like that the end of the work day. I even mispell in emails, attach the wrong documents, etc. It's like my body says, 'excuse me, I'm shuting down whether you agree or not.'

     

  • I had that problem yesterday and today. Try eating some oranges. They are supposed to help keep you awake too!

    Man I feel your pain! So tired here too! at 8 pm I start fading, I barely remember conversations with my dh and kids. lol

    I need to work out in the morning. I do it a couple times but then give up because I'm so tired. I guess I just need to push myself to do it constantly and hopefully after a couple weeks I will get that burst of energy?

  • Try a simple inversion. Getting fresh blood to ur head sometimes helps. Put ur was Ethernet ur legs - not sure if that's possible at ur point lol. I am in love with headstands for energy boost and some relief off my belly..... But member I'm a yoga teacher lol
