Around 4 months or so. I had an infant head support in there to make sure his head was fine and we didn't run over bumpy terrain then. I think most things suggest they be at least 6 months, though.

I started running with Chase when he was 5 months, though I waited until he had really good head control and avoided or slowed down over bumpy terrain. I haven't run with him in a long time though, too much snow on the ground. I need to figure out how to get motivated to use the treadmill more. Any suggestions?
