I've been reading lots about ways to help prep my body for baby.
I'm starting acupuncture on Monday (hopefully she'll help the baby flip head over heels too ).
I've got pineapple (I'm eating some of the core too).
But not sure which of the oils I should try. My repeat C is scheduled so I'd like to try as much as I can before hand. My OB is cool with stripping my membranes too when we get closer.
Anyway, any tips would be awesome

I took 2-3 500mg EPO capsules orally every day after 36 weeks. I never tried borage oil. My cervix began effacing/ripening gradually at 37 weeks.
I drank RRL tea daily (3 cups/day) at 36 weeks until delivery.
I also did acupuncture to prep for labor and stimulate contractions. I had 3 sessions starting at 40 weeks.
I also saw a prenatal chiro and massage from 32 weeks until delivery to ensure good positioning for baby.
I also started nipple stim (used my breast pump) 2-3 times a day starting at 40w3d. It really helped to bring on good contractions to help my cervix ripen.
I listened to my VBAC audio mp3s every night before bed. They were so soothing and motivating, so I loved ending each day with my VBAC playlist.

Thanks for the replies. They had both borage and primrose at whole foods, but I went with the EPO since more people have used it.
Thanks for the prep list babyike!
This is what I did as well with DD. Even though she ended up being delivered via c-section, I went into labor naturally at 40w1d. HTH!
