Okay, so I'm having fun reading the posts tonight - I totally should go to bed early since E gets up 5 times a night...if this was done already then shoot me down, but why did you pick your bump screen name?
I used to have a mouse named Ringo, till she got pregnant and became a Ringa. My handle is the first letters of my, MH's, and LO's names plus where we live.
La Abeja is the bee in Spanish; nickname because kids thought my family was calling me "the bee" when they would call me "The B" (short for Brooke, my middle name).

Ringo is a girl...she was named before we got her and I didn't want to confuse her and change her name. Don't ask me if there's any reasoning to that because Roxy used to be Rocky.
I recently changed my SN *note old SN in sig- if you even remember me, lol* because I wanted something that nothing to do with my name IRL. Eloise was my favorite book as a little kid, and I added her pets since every other Eloise SN I tried was already in use.
ETA: for those not familiar with the book, Eloise and Weenie are the pic in the avatar. Skipperdee didn't make the cut, but he's a shoe wearing, raisin eating turtle.
Cmonkey because my last name starts with a C, and when I was in the first few weeks of pregnancy I used to call LO my seamonkey. Plus my anniversary 5/15
Anasazi is an ancient tribe of Native Americans. In my previous life I was an archaeologist...this was my childhood favorite tribe. 17 is my lucky number and my birthday

Mine is pretty boring, too - Nita is my nick name, but that was taken, so I added my b-day: march 26. And because in Europe, we write the day first, it's 2603, not 0326. Meh. I am not very creative.
I started on The Knot back in 2005. I'm terrible at creating screennames - in fact, my first AOL name was my dad's creation. And I think it took me a week to come up with my Twitter handle. I asked DH what I should use as my screenname and he picked "blu-eyedbride."
Well obviously, once I got married, I wasn't still a bride. So I changed it to blu-eyedwife. It doesn't have the same ring to it, but it works with the theme.
Originally my sn was my full name because I was just trying to use something to remember my login by and I didn't know of the communities. After that I figured I'd change it, so I changed it to my blog name :-). Barefoot is me because I'm always barefooted and boots is my husband for his combat boots.

Lady Madrid is the name of a song by my favorite Spanish bad.and I thought it fitting since I am a lady and live in Madrid. The 08 is my favorite number and the year I graduated high school.
I made my when I found the Knot when we were planning our wedding and I didn't know about the community boards. It is actually my first initial, maiden name, and year I was born. I should look into getting it changed but I have no clue that to change it to since I'm not very creative and the last time I had to create a screen name was middle school.
When I signed up in 2007, we weren't even engaged yet-I was wishful thinking back then. Like AA said, I thought I was just signing up for a login name. It's very boring. C for my first initial 'Cory'. Hunstad was my maiden name. Pretty fancy, huh?
My first name is Amanda so thats why there is an A. My middle name is Raine (after my grandfather, my parents really wanted to use his name for their first born, if I was a boy it would be my first name). In high school there were four other Amanda's in my class so everybody just went by my middle name. 10 is my favourite number.
Years ago I was registering for something, and I couldn't think of a name. I was looking around the room, and the first word I fixed on was overture, on the back of a CD. I used that, and for no real reason, I've used it whenever I have to choose a screen name. It's actually served me pretty well, as it's short, and usually not taken. So if you see it on another website, it's probably me.
My name is Elizabeth Delores but in high school my name was to long so the school put Elizabeth Delo on everything , my friends turned it into a joke and started calling me "delo". When I was setting up my email address in high school delo was taken so I used e_delo and have been using it as a handle every since
In college I was in the Drinking Band - I mean, Marching Band - specifically in the mellophone line. We had a reputation for being rather bitter and snarky (probably because we were awesome but never got any good parts written for us). I hang around a couple homebrew forums as well and the people there probably think it means I like really hoppy beer.

I played the mellophone in marching band too! High school and college. Mellos rock :-D
ETA my sn is boring, just my nn (real name is Nicole) and my birthday. I didn't think enough when I joined about making a cool name either... oh well.

Re: Why the Bump Name?
kagl - K - Kris (DH), A - Ashley (me), G - Grace (DD), L - Luke (DS)
08 - the year we were married
ETA: I used to be "graciesmomma" because Grace is my DD, but then I wanted to include Luke so I made a new SN in October...
