I thought it was bad enough she practically shut down the hospital when she gave birth, but then today I see the picture of her and her post-baby body. Makes me sick!!!
I am counting the days until my 4 week appointment to ask what I can do in the way of exercise. I had a c-section and haven't been doing much of anything other than light walking in the house. I tried my "fat" pants on today and they don't come close to fitting. Argh!!!

Girl I'm over 4 weeks PP and still cant get some of my "fat" pants on. LOL.
I dont have my 6 week PP appointment till next tuesday and I cant wait! I am hoping to get the all clear to really start to work out (I also had a c/s). At my 2 week PP appointment I was given the OK to do light workouts, nothing including core muscles and no more than 20 pounds.
GL girl! It'll come - eventually I am sure of it! I got 20-25 more pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Please be sure not to push yourself too hard so soon after a c-section. I have had a c-section with 2 different OBs in different practices and both have said absolutely no exercise until 6 weeks, and even then, to work back into things or take it easy when getting started.
I took DS and DD to the zoo and pushed around the stroller last week and I am STILL feeling sore in my abdomen almost a week later. I'm really looking forward to exercising and getting in shape, but my body is definitely not ready for hard workouts anytime soon even though I'm less than a week away from 6 weeks.
(and I'm totally refraining from looking at pictures of her because I don't want to be super jealous haha)

Me too, I stopped wearing it early Jan and just started trying it on every day hoping. I had a CS so for me, being able to bend down to put on my own socks this morning was a victory.
