    My tech guessed girl based on a "potty shot".  The pictures they gave me showed a girl clearly based on the nub theory.  She was confirmed to be a girl at the 20 week u/s.

    The tech was adamant that it was just a guess and I shouldn't paint the nursery pink following the NT scan.

    I don't think mine even did a potty shot! I was ~ 12 weeks.

    However, both doc and tech guessed girl based on nub theory (doc seemed pretty convinced), and they were right.

    I didn't think you were supposed to be able to tell anything from a potty shot that early?

    Tech guessed a girl (was '80% sure') and it was a boy. Same thing happened to three of my best friends.
