C-sections

I had a C-Section almost 5 yrs ago and now another one?

For you ladies who have had repeat C-Sections; how was your healing time? Did you have as much pain? I am having a repeat C-Section with my LO and am not too nervous, just curious how other people recovered from it.

  • I took a while to heal due to not relaxing at home because my baby was in NICU for 10 days but if it wasnt for that I probably would have healed quick...

  • My second c/s was planned so it was much easier for me to recover.  I was very nervous too but it couldn't have gone better.  With my first c/s I was in labor for over 15 hours and had pushed for three then they did a c/s so it was way different.  I'd say the first week was the toughest but by two weeks I was much better - still sore but I was able to move around easily.  GDLK to you.
