Stabbing stomach pain after a meal?

Yesterday I made a frozen pizza from TJ's, something I have eaten before. Within 30 minutes I had horrible stabbing stomach pains, then acid reflux and massive heartburn. After 2 hours and Zantac it went away. It was so strange and sudden. Am I alone in this strange phenomenon?

    Before I started taking my Prilosec I had two incidences where I had a horrible stomach pain, but it was almost directly under my chest (about where my uterus lays).  Because the pain was consistent and lasted for so long I knew it wasn't BH's, but yet it wasn't heartburn either (and I wasn't having acid build-up).  Not sure what it was, but it helped to stand  and walk around.  Oh, and sipping on a glass of ice cold water seemed to help a little too.  Not sure if that's where your pain is, but that's what I experienced.

    It happened again tonight, so I took Zantac right away. Then I read online that the aspirin can add to this problem. Clearly I am eating bland food this week.
