Please tell me it's a boy's name. That spelling looks like the dreaded "girl" version of Adlai.

I am assuming it is a boy name. Although last night I was just at Pre-K open house and saw Ayden written on one of the desks. Then when I saw the class photo I realized Ayden is a little girl. ::cue sad trombone here::
