Hi folks! I don't post on here very often, but I have a 3.5 year old and
a 5 month old. For the last month and a half my 5 month old is insanely
grumpy. Literally all day. And it's getting worse it seems. We get
maybe 15 or 30 happy minutes after she wakes up but that's not even
consistent. We've done sleep training since I thought she was so grumpy
because of lack of sleep, but now her nights are pretty good and days
are so-so on sleep, and she is still.grumpy. Anybody else? There is no
sign of teeth to come, and I tried tylenol to no avail

. I've read
that some babies get very irritable when they are learning new
things...this is feasible since she has learned to roll both ways, is
very close to crawling and has started sitting. It's making me bonkers
though! She's not even happy when I am carrying her around. I thought
my son was grumpy but he's not nothing on her. Every day I think I'll
call her pedi, but then I laugh at myself because what would I tell the
nurses when they ask why we need an appt... "Ummm because she's cranky."
Right. Don't think that's a very good reason when everything else seems
fine. Anybody else in the same boat? Tips?
