My daughter has had this problem for a few weeks now..Pedi said it was a blocked tear duct..only time to worry is if it becomes swollen or pink..then it could be pink eye...I massage the corner of her eye with a wet q-tip a few times a day and it seems to have helped.

If you're breastfeeding, put a few drops of breastmilk in her eye and it'll clear up. I know it sounds crazy, but it works. Breastmilk also cures pink eye (feel free to google it).

Noah has the same thing in the left eye, but it seems to be getting better since we've been massaging it, but we have a prescription for erithromyicin (sp?) in case it gets green and really gunky.
