They will fluctuate in size, usually in the second trimester, they will enlarge again when your milk comes in soon after delivery. Most likely they won't ever be the exact same as they were pre-pregnancy...

It can vary. I was a 34D before. I wear a 32 G (yes, that's DDDD) now. I didn't lose any of it after DS was born and so far, my bra is a little tight but not too bad. I will cry when I have to buy new bras, these suckers are $70 a piece at this size and they are not pretty.

There's no telling how big your chest will get, you'll have to wait and see! Whether or not you breastfeed when your milk comes in, you'll go through engorgement anyway and they'll be huge and sore. How you treat it depends what your baby feeding plan is.
My breasts haven't gotten any bigger (my nipple have though) but I'm already a 42DD, so maybe that's a good thing!!

Before I got pregnant with my son I was a 38DD. In my first trimester I went to a large 40DDD. When my milk came in I became a 42H and stayed that way until my son was relying heavily on solid foods. (10 months old or so...) I breastfed until he was a year old. It took about 4 months after that for them to go back to a large 40DD and then I got pregnant again. :P Luckily, they haven't grown too much this time around.
I've gone up one cup size, from a 38 D to a 38DD. Thankfully I had lost a bunch of weight prior to getting pregnant so I had some 38 DD bras lying around, also have some 40 DDD if I need to break those out
LOL! Yea, my boobs are huge! Im usually a 34DD and my bras are getting a bit tight and spilling over...not to mention my nipples are huge, well one nipple is bigger than the other, which they were always the same size until now! GOOD LUCK!
