  My update: I'm triggering tonight with a Lupron trigger because my E2 is >5500 now - yikes!  ER will be on 2/9 in the morning.  ET is estimated for 2/14.  I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high, but it does look like I'm going to get more eggs than I've ever had before, and this whole stimulation was completely different than my previous 2 cycles... so my fingers are very, very crossed!  

  QOTW:  To be honest, I watched the Superbowl, but I didn't pay any attention to the half-time show.  Also, I'm probably a traitor to my generation, but I've never been particularly into Madonna!

  Update: I had my baseline u/s and b/w done yesterday.  I seriously love my new RE - she is so kind and actually sat down to talk with me about the cycle and ask any questions.  We are doing AH on day 3 - and depending on what the embryologist thinks - we will either do a day 3 or day 5 transfer.   I am starting on 375IU of Follistim on Saturday - which is higher than I've started before and I am doing antagonist - so I'm not supressed from the lupron.   I'm thinking we'll be getting more eggs this time - but only time will tell.   My first follie check is on Valentines day  

  QOTW:  I loved Madonna's show.  I was telling my husband during the show that Like a Prayer is easily my favorite Madonna song - and then she did it!

  My first monitoring appointment since starting stims is tomorrow morning.  Wish me luck, I'm a little nervous! I hope everything is progressing as it should be.

  Limpetfan -- I've said it before but I am so, so excited that this cycle is feeling different for you.  It gives me hope that things CAN change from cycle to cycle!  And it must feel awesome that all the hard work and preparation you did might just finally be paying off.  FX for a fabulous ER and fert report... I hope you have a 5dt with beautiful embies.  Sending you all of the good-egg and follie-growing vibes I've got.

  Hootie -- It sounds like you're right behind Limpet and I'm hoping that your cycle is new and fresh and different too.  Can't wait to hear how your first monitoring appointment goes.
  

  Update:  I have an appointment tomorrow that will (hopefully) confirm I'm on for IVF #2 in March.  I'm on BCPs already and I will frankly die if I have to be on them for two months, so I could use some good saline-sono and scheduling vibes that I fit into the new RE's busy calendar   Hoping my ute is nice and clean and my ovaries are ready to go.

  QOTW:  I enjoyed the halftime show, and "Like a Prayer" was great.  Such a fabulous song.  However I felt really old because I didn't recognize any of the guest singers who sang along with her.  Guess I should go back to watching TRL (does that even exist anymore?)
  

   

  Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.

  IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.

  Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

  update - I am taking a one week break from bcps and then I start them up again on Valentines Day for my official IVF cycle.  2 weeks of those and then stims start.  Eeeek.

  QOTW - I didn't get to really see much of the half time show, my friends are talkers.  I'll have to watch it online later and form an opinion.

  Update--nothing here. Although I'm feeling happier than I have in a long time, so I guess the break has been good for me. AF should arrive next week and then I will call to see if I need to start BCPs or if they will let me just start estrace with my next cycle. I'm hoping for the latter. I hate BCPs.

  Update:  had my first monitoring appt this morning.  My lining was great and RE was happy with the 8-9 follies I had.  I go back Friday for next appt.  So far I am feeling ok from the stims, but know the best is yet to come :-)

  QOTW:  I loved the half time show.  I liked LMFAO's little blurb in there.  I think Like A Prayer is probably one of my favorites as well.

  ER is tommorrow!!! I am really excited/nervous. I had 6 really good follies at my ultrasound yesterday so I'm feeling pretty good. QOTW I admit I disintegrate watch the super bowl but I love Madonna and my favorite song of hers is probably Like A Prayer.

  Update: I started Estrace on Saturday. I went to my acupuncture consult today. Loved her! Can't wait to try it. 

  As of right now if everything goes they way the did the last time transfer will be on the 22nd.

  We've started our FET #1 cycle. I'm so happy that we didn't have to wait till March! ET is scheduled for 2/24.

  Update:  My ovaries feel like they're the size of pumpkins. I'm on day 5 of stimming with Bravelle and Menopur.  My next u/s is tomorrow and I'm hoping that my ER will be next Tue on V-day.  

   QOTW:  I heart Madonna and I loved the halftime show.  I'm too much of a fan to have a favorite song but I enjoyed her performance of Vogue and Like a Prayer.

  Update:  Still on BCP.  Hysteroscopy is next Monday and I should be able to start stims the following week.
