Want a good laugh??

So i wake up this morning. Unfortunately FI couldn't sleep last night, however that meant i COULD! so he took baby duty! so when i woke up this morning LO was in her swing sleeping (because she seriously refuses to fall asleep for daddy! ) ok so i figured this was a great time to do my paperwork. so i start doing it and discover that my laptop won't connect the the internet. That my 'net isn't even showing up in my network indicator. poop!... i decided to go ahead and start just printing my saved paperwork (i have them saved on my computer). so discover i need to reset some plugs.. which i do.. quickly. then go about my business, fax over my paper work, etc. but still not internet service.

go in the livingroom and turn on FI's computer.. no internet there either. Turn on my kindle- none there either! So i wake FI up irritated then said screw it i'm calling the company. Maybe i owe money and they shut it off?!

So i call. The first person i call- i give my name, number, address to identify myself. what's your account #? i don't know. what else can i identify- what's your last payment?- i don't know that either! if i don't have my account number (bill) then how do i know off the top of my head my last payment. ok- well what was your last payper view? I DONT KNOW! we never really order pay per view!! lol. So that this point i'm livid because 1- i can't understand him and 2- i already told you SOME identifying info, why wasn't that good enough!....

"ma'am, i'll transfer you to tech support"- well if i owe money tech support WONT help me.. HELLO! and obviously i just 'knew' i owed money because why else would it not work lol.....

"hi i'm terrell, how can i help you"- i explain. my cable works, phone works, internet doesn't work... at this point FI has walked out of the bedroom to find out why i'm raising my voice on the phone (oops). well... Terrell then says "ok, go to where you router is. unplug it and plug it back in"- at this point FI is already looking at the router " hun....? " (yah...) "there's no lights on the router" (ok... what's your point...)

turns out..in my rage of unplugging sh!t earlier i UNPLUGGED the router!! LOL so now i have Terrell laughing at me and FI laughing telling me i'm dumb LOL- i can't argue... it's true some days LOL!
