Lite on shoulder baby sling

I currently have the Balboa baby sling, and I love it for the convenience of getting DS in and out. I also have a Moby and Becco Butterfly which are great, but less convenient. I have a few complaints about the Balboa and am looking for a real ring sling. I have heard great things about the Maya but am balking at the price since I already have three other carriers. Is anyone familiar with this one?

Any other suggestions for a good, easy to use sling?

If price is an issue, look at used slings. I got one off diaperswappers for $30 that's awesome (no tags, I think it's a WAHM made). A used high quality carrier beats the pants off a cheap new one, generally.

Love mine from sleeping baby productions and I don't think it was insanely expensive. thebabywearer.com is another good place to look for used carriers.
