We have silly names for all of our kids that have gone through many evolutions. We start out with a certain nickname, like dd2 started out as "Squishyface", which then became "Squishles" and "Squinchy" then somehow "Squinchelson Bilson" and a whole bunch of other weird things. She answers to all of those and other weird ones. dd3 is currently referred to as an offshoot of her middle name. Her MN is Quinn and we call her Quince right now. We are weird nicknamers!

We call him little buddy. DH started it, and I picked up on it. I'll call him by his actual name when I'm trying to soothe him though.

I started calling him puppy the day he was born. Not sure why, but I think its cute and its totally stuck now.

I call him Baby K and my husband calls him Superbaby bc he stretches his arms out like he's flying.

His name is William but we call him Liam. However when he starts fussing I call him "fussy bunny". I dont know why. I also call him "squeaker".

We call him Bubba. I have no idea why but SO called him that in the hospital and it stuck. I also call him chunker, Bubs, chunky monkey, and stinker because he makes some mean poops! :P

It took us a full two weeks after he was born to name him. In the meantime, we called him the little dude. Now he is known as Duderonomy. I think I've called him by his real name all of never.

Sometimes I call him by his name but I usually go this some kind of pet name like booger, monster, or monkey (because he has a little coconut head lol). Dh has been calling him mr. Wiggles the last few days because he's been a crazy man (think he's going thru a growth spurt) but usually he calls him buddy.

90% of the time it's her full name, but we fully expect to use Abby, too. We also use sweetie, little lady, little one, fluffy butt (we're CDing), etc.

We have a problem of baby talking. We have always done it and having a baby is not helping matters any. So Layla is usually called Waywa. My husband actually told me he preferred Layla over Vivian because he likes to be able to say Waywa, haha.

He also calls her his munchkin...which he pronounces Munskin.

We baby talk to him too, which is kind of funny since I used to side eye baby talkers. We call Declan "Deki-bear" and call my boobs "milky sammiches". Even baby talk with my dog now!!

I call him any one of a number of nicknames, but my favorite is Sweetcheeks, since he's got such big cheeks!

Haha there are some pretty funny names in here!

I have called her Mariah like 5 times since birth. She started out as princess then went to Kitty Cat ( she makes meow-ish noises) and is now Squish or Squishy. My DH was making fun of me so I wanted to make sure I wasn't the only crazy one=-P

He calls her Squishy now too of course *eye roll*
