1. my life is a total rollercoaster lately. something goes excitingly well, then bam - bad news follows.
2. i think we are going to have a terribly hard decision to make soon
3. I have a groupon that is expiring soon and I've tried to use it a few times and the restaurant is never open when we go!
4. Sprout is getting his hair cut today - he can finally get it buzzed and he's so excited (he hasnt gotten it buzzed for the past 2 years b/c his mom prefers the curls).
5. We got a pic of Sprout's dad last night. everyone says they look so much alike and I couldnt really see it. i mean, kinda...but he looks so much harder than sprout.
6. I slept well last night and I'm still tired today.
7. i could not believe the awkward kiss scene on the bachelor last night. I was cringing!!
8. i miss my dog (she is still w/ my brother at my parents' house). i'm not sure how/when i'm going to be able to get her back.
9. i need to send my camera in for a "check up" but dont want to be without it for 3+ weeks.
10. I got the big kids disposable cameras and they thought it was the best thing ever. they had sooo much fun taking their own pictures and i cant wait to get them developed. Best $15 I've spent in a long time.
E is finally better and now I am sick. So sick I am home today and going to the doctor. I think I have a sinus infection. Although of course I feel better today. Hopefully I will get some meds and be on the mend.
E has 2 preschool interviews this week. TWO. Tomorrow is Montessori and Thursday is another preschool in town. How have I become that person?
E has to go in a group of other children into the classroom without me. I am nervous she is not going to do well with this. Everyone send positive thoughts for me on this one. She can be a little hard to warm up at first.
Our on demand is messed up and Ella couldn't watch her Cailou last night. It was touch and go for a bit there.
Hope things get better soon CT
I hate being out from my classroom.
I have to be out for half a day on Friday for professional development. This blows.
I am meeting with the k8 science coordinator she is kind of putting me in a place where I could apply for her job when she retires in a few years. This would be very good for our bank account.
My sinuses hurt so much my teeth hurt.

3) The promotion puts her farther away from home (a 25 min drive v a 5 min one) so keeping Ky up until she gets home is hard.
4) We received our tax refund and have paid off/down 2 credit cards and 2 student loans.
5) 2&4 have made me breathe so much easier about our finances.
6) I broke down and bought all three books of The Hunger Games for my Kindle. I usually do not buy books that are more than 5 but I have heard so much about them and I figured it was a nice present to myself.
7) I have had them less than 24 hours and I am already 2/3 of the way through the first one.
8) Ky is at daycare today since DW is working extra days this week for the new position and is in the toddler room for the first time. She looked extra confused when we walked by the door she normally goes to when we use drop in care.
9) I have to go to the store after work because the half bag of dog food I thought was in the garage does not really exist and their feeder will be empty by morning....oops.
10) Charlie (our new kitty) has an obsession with crawling behind our washer/dryer (it is in the kitchen) and DW keeps freaking out thinking he is going to get stuck/hurt but with 4 dogs and a toddler what is the poor thing to do when he wants a peaceful nap?
1. I'm nervous about our shower/going-away party on Saturday. I don't feel cute (at all!) for pictures, I'm not great with groups, I have no idea how our various friends will mix, and opening presents in front of people is nerve-wracking.
2. I feel guilty about having any feelings but 1000% joy/gratitude about it, since I know the friends who are throwing it are very busy and it's a lot of work, and I DO really, really appreciate it. It just makes me nervous.
3. Looking forward to not living across the street from the horrible elementary school anymore. Seven years of listening to teachers and parents screaming at kids is enough. (And seeing the parents jerk their kids around, ignore them while walking them to school wearing headphones, etc. Yes, I judge. They're horrible.)
4. We've had a mishmash of towels since we got married - the only thing they have in common is how worn out they are now. Finally going to bite the bullet, buy a nice matching set (albeit from Overstock or Marshall's), turn a few into rags/dust cloths and donate the rest.
5. I want a full-size freezer once we have a garage. I wonder if I can find one used.
6. We're having our last old-lady-friends dinner and Scrabble night on Wednesday, and having friends over for sushi and Eton Mess for my birthday on Thursday - fun!
7. I really don't know how we're going to handle the dogs and the twins. I guess we will figure it out once we know where we'll be living and how space can be divided up.
8. I have accepted the possibility that we might not be able to make it work, but Jen will not even discuss it. She's very determined, and pretty good with dogs, so I guess we'll see.
9. This morning I got back in bed and laid there and felt the babies kick instead of going for a run. It was a good decision
1. I am making a roast chicken for dinner tonight.
2. I need to take our vacuum into be fixed today.
3. The combination of #1 & 2 make me feel like a 1950's housewife who should be wearing pearls.
4. I don't wear anything remotely cute when I know it's just us all day. I should put more effort in.
5. My book club meets tomorrow night. It's probably the most "mainstream" thing in my life. I definitely bring some diversity.
6. We read "Shatter Me" --another teen fiction. I was disappointed in the girl who picked it--really? Hunger games made sense to me, but let's pick some adult books now.
7. I really really really wish we had a third bedroom in our place. I have maintained a positive outlook about this housing market, but I am done now. This was NOT the five year plan.
8. I got a toddler bed--and it's adorable. I should post a picture on my blog.
9. A licensing social worker (comes quarterly to check things out) was supposed to come at 9am today. I made sure everything was clean, checked smoke detectors.... then she called at 8:15 to say her "alarm didn't go off." and she wants to reschedule for 2 weeks from now. Really? I don't care if your alarm didn't go off--throw your hair in a ponytail and come on over.
10. PSA: My phone only posts in caps. Only on the bump. Don't know why, but if I post--I'm not yelling, I swear!
1. I never thought we'd be those people, but we did give up our dog. I just don't have the heart to take him out of my siggy. He was always OK with kids, but was SOO jealous of the babies, and we just don't have time to give him the exercise, attention, etc he was used to. It was heartbreaking, but life is much less stressful now.
2. My tuition is overdue.
3. I finally opened my proposal for the first time since May last night
4. C is taking the girls to MO for her grandfather's funeral Fri-Mon (her sister is flying w/ them). I am not going ($$ + time off) and am going to miss them so much.
5. Confession: not too sad I'm missing the funeral. The whole thing is preplanned. It is a long story, but basically you'd think he was JFK. Nice guy, but who insists on booking their funeral in advance so its just the way you want it?
6. I'm having trouble getting moving today.
7. We're starting to do CIO with the babies (mostly A). I'm sleeping better already, but missed the gym this morning because said crying kept me up and I overslept.
8. I am hoping to get new shoes and maybe a purse this weekend. shhhhh.
9. I need chapstick.
10. I might toss the lunch I brought and get something better....
1. We finally picked our donor and are SUPER excited to begin TTC next month!
2. I fully gave up caffeine last week and am not a fan, but I know it will be worth it! J only drinks coffee now, which I don't mind because I hate the stuff.
3. We've started telling a few close friends about TTC and are extremely happy with all of the support we're getting.
4. We are part of the guilty crowd that begins planning before we get a BFP. So we took a trip to Baby's R Us over the weekend to begin pricing things out and figuring out what kind of furniture, bottles, car seats, strollers, etc we like.
5. We've done a little research and are trying to find a local LGBT parenting group in our area. No luck so far.
6. We just got J's tax return back. Sadly, it's already spent (on work clothes, new tires, a good non stick pan, and other random necessities). Luckily, mine will be saved for the next (bigger!) place we move into.
7. This will be my second month using OPKs and I really hope they're easier to read this time around. If I was reading them correctly last month I had 5 solid days of positive OPKs and that doesnt seem right.
8. I just got a ton of pictures developed from when my mother and i went on our trip to Disney World in November and they look spectacular! Yes, I'm a kid at heart
9. I can't seem to think of anything else, so... I hope everyone has a good week!
1. Dw has a 2nd interview tomorrow am. We really need this!2. I finally got a 2nd job and I'm back to working full time. Yay for financial stress being q little better.3. I did our taxes this week. Very happy with the outcome! Can't wait to pay off the credit cards!4. Dw and I have really started talking about buying a house. We are going to start the process soon!5. That brings us closer to our next step. 6. We have been leaning towards fostering to adopt but last night Dw mentioned how crazy my cravings are going to be when I'm pregnant. I'm feeling like we aren't on the same page. 7. We haven't had heat for the last few days in these crazy snow storms in Colorado. Been freezing in our house!8. It took me 2 hours to get to work this morning. Apparently with 3 inches of snow, the entire state of Colorado forgets how to drive. 9. We are finally ready financially for our cruise in march... Which makes me actually excited about it! No snow in the western Caribbean!10. I'm crossing my fingers for another week like last week. This year has been good to us. Here's to keeping it that way!
2. We had our school meeting yesterday re: the kids having to go to the principals office a combined 3x in January for talking about their penises. Seriously, it was this huge freaking production: principal, education
coordinator, after care teacher, break out reading teachers, and their K
teacher. All of this to say, this behavior is normal, they are doing
great in K and making great progress, and there haven't been any
incidents since the they went to the office. Oh, and the after care
teachers are changing how they approach things (ie. not sending kids to
the bathroom in groups and focusing on positive behaviors vs negative.
D'oh.) They said they were doing these large group meetings for 4 kids
in their class just to make sure everyone was on the same page, but I
still think it was a huge waste of time. A phone call would have
sufficed. Can you still I am still annoyed 18hrs later?
3. Carter has been hacking his head off for nearly a week. My throat has been sore for 5 days. L is now feeling miserable. Boo.
4. We've been telling their K teacher that Carter is always on the move. While he watches tv, he is on his head, on his back, on his tummy, etc. But he knows everything that he is watching or being read to. He totally pays attention while he moves all over. Yesterday the teacher confirmed that yes, he does indeed listen and pay attention. Yea, no kidding.
5. One of the patients where I work died this weekend and some of the docs I work with are a mess. It is sad for everyone involved.
6. The kids don't have school on Friday (p/t conferences) thankfully I was able to get a friend to watch the kids for half of a day so I don't have to take the whole day off. Yeah! I hoard vacation days.
7. L and I have a date day planned. We are going to the Newseum. Alone. Whoo hoo.
8. It has taken me 2 hrs to get this far and I have a letter to crank out, so I will leave it at this for now. Perhaps I will be back later with 9 and 10.
1. I am feeling really emotional. I'd like to think this is pregnancy horomones, but in reality I know it can only be stress.
2. I am trying very hard to not feel jealous or otherwise less than happy for others who have good news or easier paths. I don't want to be that person.
3. I have a lot to be thankful for, and am struggling to remember this.
4. I am 5 dpo and I swear this is the longest, slowest week of my life.
5. DW made me homemade rolls over the weekend. I am tempted to eat my lunch for breakfast.
6. Work, it drags onward.
7. I resolved to learn some Spanish this year, but I have no direction for getting started. I'd love to do Rosetta Stone or something similar, but feel like I shouldn't spend the money.
8. I wish I could think of a way to reorganize my office so that my back wasn't to the windows.
9. I also need some more decoration in here. It's stark and boring.
10. I have been doing this forever so I think I need to post and get back to work.
TTC with PCOS since July 2011.
IVF Oct/Nov 2012
Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 190, Beta #3 = 1044
Cautiously optimistic.
CT, hope things are okay. I'm thinking about you guys a lot lately (we have your Christmas card stuck on our fridge, so I think about your situation every time I see it).
1. Our staff meeting at work yesterday was both enlightening and completely frustrating. When every single staff member is asking you to do something that, yes, takes a little time... but doesn't cost the organization a cent and will increase productivity and make everyone feel happier and more appreciated, you'd thing that would be a no-brainer, right?!
2. Rome wasn't built in a day though. Guess I just have to be patient.
3. My dog is sitting with her face an inch from my elbow. She really wants me to drop my greek yogurt!! Lol.
4. I thought I figured out something to get Trav for Valentine's Day, but then I realized it got bad reviews. ::sigh:: Back to the drawing board.
5. After reading Kershnic's TTT, I also want to rearrange my office so my back isn't to the window... but I also don't want it to the door because I hate having people "surprise" me.
6. We have so many leftovers, so all I'm making today for dinner is an acorn squash, because I need the longer time to make it. I do love me some roasted acorn squash though!
7. I ate a pretty good breakfast, and haven't even gotten halfway through my greek yogurt snack... but I'm already thinking about sticking it in the fridge for later so I can have leftover biscuits and sausage gravy for lunch.
8. I think Gwen is having a bit of a sleep regression. Naps have been hit or miss these past few weekends (but she definitely still needs them), she's having trouble going down lately, and last night she woke just after 2 and didn't really get completely down again until 3. I'm trying to be super patient, but by 3 I could barely stand I was so tired!
9. I skipped my shower to get some extra sleep this morning, totally worth it, but now I'm feeling a little grody... especially since we have some roofers coming today. Hi, don't mine my greasy spiked hair. Opps!
10. We bought two new kinds of tea and they both smell amazing, but only taste so-so. Disappointing!
Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD
1. I took the unused bassinet out of our room yesterday and replaced it with the pack n play so Apple can start sleeping in her own bed.
2. Apple fussed for awhile but never cried after waking up around midnight, I wanted to leave her to soothe herself back to sleep but J ended up picking her up, turning the light on, talking to her, then having her sleep in our bed. She is never going to learn to comfort herself if this keeps happening.
3. I need the baby out of our bed!
4. I'm posting a poll.
5. It's supposed to rain today, I really hope it does.
6. A's birthday party is on Saturday, I can't believe she is going to be 8, I feel too young to have an 8 year old!
7. Thank you Shel Silverstein for so eloquently stating where I'm at in my marriage.
Hug O' War by Shel Silverstein (Where the Sidewalk Ends)
I will not play at tug o' war. I'd rather play at hug o' war, Where everyone hugs Instead of tugs, Where everyone giggles And rolls on the rug, Where everyone kisses, And everyone grins, And everyone cuddles, And everyone wins.
8. Has anyone seen the pics of Iz's new hairdo? They are on my blog.
9. Just got off the phone with my Grandma, LOVE her!
10. The manager of the Starbucks next to J's Chipotle sent her home with a Venti cup full of ground blonde roast for me to try, I've made it the last 2 days and adore the smooth flavor.
2. Sam - Ugh, I had the sinus pressure toothache a couple of weeks ago. It is awful! Makes your whole head hurt. Hope you're better soon!
3. 2brides - H's penis is prob his favorite thing in life, LOL I forsee many a visit to the principal's office in my future!
4. I love days when we have enough leftovers that I don't have to cook anything.
5. I'm having leftover steak and sweet potato fries right now for lunch. Yum.
6. Henry's sleep is much improved. He's not waking the middle of the night anymore, but he's waking for the day wayyyyyy too early (between 3:30 and 5 AM), so we are doing some "CIO" to hopefully fix that. I put it in quotes because he's crying a bit, but mostly just calling for me and whining and trying to open his door.
7. This morning I think he fell back asleep by the door, where he had piled all his things - blanket, sippy, doggy and baby. Cute.
8. Even with the early wake ups, it's sooo nice to me to sleep several hours in a row!!!
9. I'm wearing a cute outfift today. A lot of the moms in our music class are always dressed nice (you know, like people that have jobs outside the house, LOL) so I feel like I have to "bring it" - C thinks this is hilarious
10. Henry is changing so much. He's such a little man. I can't believe he'll be two soon.
thanks and i really will get those pics to you soon. Just as I was going to work on them last night I got a bad phone call. boo.
I'm so excited to hear about H's sleep improvements! that's awesome! Any chance he would occupy himself with books for that early morning wake up? I've mentioned it on here before, but we leave RB a stack of books to read when she wakes up in the morning and it works nicely (especially for the way-too-early mornings when she will read then put herself back down for a snooze).
7. This will be my second month using OPKs and I really hope they're easier to read this time around. If I was reading them correctly last month I had 5 solid days of positive OPKs and that doesnt seem right.
That definitely doesn't seem right. What brand are you using? Wondfo? The test line has to be as dark or darker than the control line. Sometimes the test line is half darker/half lighter. Generally is should be over 50% darker.
We use the clear blue smiley face ones...no confusion there. More expensive but no morning discussions in the bathroom on the darkness of the line.
1. Back is still out and I am really hoping this isnt a disc. Ugggg.
2. On a good note I have had to miss a couple of classes and my professors are being super awesome about it.
3. I am four weeks into my MSW and am just in love with the program. I have made a bunch of friends and have gotten myself set up with the student association including their LGBT group...this is a big deal at my Catholic University.
4. Wife is having to work way to hard because I am down for the count and I feel really bad. I am hoping to feel better before the weekend so I can take her on a date.
5. Taxes hit the bank account and then went right back out. Three credit accounts paid for yayayaya. We were going to use the money for TTC but it felt really good to pay those off and made our decision to pause a little easier.
6. I really wish Maryland would pick a season and stick to it...this back and forth really sucks.
7. Depending on traffic my commute to school is 45 minutes to an hour and a half. I have been pondering moving when our lease is up to take the pressure off but we love our apartment.
8. I really dont want to move again but right now I only go three days a week come fall term it will be five.
9. After looking at 8 million different cars I finally decided that when I need to get a car in August I am getting a Hyundai Tuscon. Gas mileage is decent and we find that our other Hyundai gets way better mpg than it says it should.
10. I cannot wait to get a second car. DW and I are always going in opposite directions and sharing a car is rough and makes my days SUPER long.
We had three BFN in the Fall of 2011. It is back on to some baby making come June. Swim little fellas, SWIM!!!!
I can't stop thinking about the phrase, "My bottom burped." It has had me smiling all morning...please thank your sons for me 2brides.
I must admit, when it comes to potty humor...I am right there. Something C is not too happy with.
Hugs to all who need one. I really am a great hugger.
I am so looking forward to seeing my Mother and my brother and for my Mom getting to see the Kiddos. I am sad that C won't be with us.
Raise your hand if you should be working instead of reading this. Oops, I think the person in the next cube is wondering why my hand went up.
Peanut woke up in such a crying mood this morning. I couldn't figure out what was going on; she slept through the night.
Our Little Man is such a big helper, this morning he was picking some of my stuff up and putting it away. Can't wait until he figures out where his toys go.
I am teaching Little Man how to do the Cha Cha slide...he is SO CUTE!
I would rather C rest while we are away than to do all the household tasks she has in mind. She needs to get well.
Happy Tuesday! I think I am going to follow the KISS philosophy for the rest of my day!
thanks and i really will get those pics to you soon.
Well, I think uploading pics should be your top priority - you know, during all your free time I just want to show them to C I actually can't stand it when people bug me to upload pics of Henry, as if I'm just sitting around with nothing more important to do!
Well, since he's not contained, he has access to all of the books and toys in his room. And he did play some this morning (I could hear him) before he fell back asleep by the door. But he really is getting up too early for his own good - he's too tired later! Yesterday at the grocery store, we got one of those carts with the car in front, and he fell asleep at the wheel, LOL.
I cant believe how fast our pregnancy is going very excited for our last few weeks.
This month we TTC for me im so nervous and excited at the same time. I feel a lot of pressure (that i give myself) cause J got pregnant on her 1st try.
I am the oldest of 7 kids and i have 1 teen sister and 1 brother, that are giving my mom so much sh*it. Its stressing her out and im trying so hard to help her out but i feel like slapping them sometimes.
Loving my kids (3 doggies, Yorkies) they are such good doggies.
We want to sale our Mustang (no more sexy car) to get a SUV yay family car
We got our tax return, need to pay off our only credit card and save the rest for baby.
ok and maybe some fun stuff, we will take a little trip to Seattle.
Excited for our good friends, she is having a boy March 11
J feels like she is gaining to much weight i tell her she looks beautiful and i think she is right on track.
I am so impressed so many of you have gotten your taxes back. I just got my W-2 last Wednesday.
Ditto this. I think that they mailed mine on the last possible day.
1. I am officially in my new office for the first full day today.
2. I miss my old office and friends so much.
3. However, my commute this morning was a dream!
4. E has been asking me if my friends will be at my new job and I told her no, I'll have to make new ones. This morning she told me she hopes I make new friends and that she will ask me about it tonight. And that she wants to know if they are boys or girls. Ha!
5. There is a nurse manager sharing this office two days a week, she's here today. I'm sure it will be ok, but I am so used to having privacy that it will be a big adjustment.
6. CT...sending hugs your way for things there. And seriously, WTF was up with the kiss scene on Bachelor? I was squirming it was SO awkward.
7. Happy Birthday 2mommies, I hope you have a great day!
8. Hugs for those of you who are sick or with sick or recovering babes...I can't wait for this cold/flu season to be over with!
9. This morning has flown by and I haven't been very productive...thus I am here posting my TTT.
10. I called my realtor this morning and he hasn't heard anything new since we agreed to some but not all of the fees the bank asked me to pay (by asking the people generating the fees to reduce them). Fingers crossed no news is good news...he's going to check again today and let me know.
7. This will be my second month using OPKs and I really hope they're easier to read this time around. If I was reading them correctly last month I had 5 solid days of positive OPKs and that doesnt seem right.

I've been using the target up & up brand. They look just like the Wondfo test strips. I'm thinking that I may try the smiley face ones... Where do you find them and how much do they cost? Those would be SO much easier.

1. Finally! I've read these throughout the day but couldn't post until now.
2. Happy birthday to the February girls! I'm one of you - next Monday will be my turn.
3. CT, thinking of you. ssg, hope you feel better soon!
4. We locked our loan today. This is really happening!
5. We haven't told our neighbors yet. I'm kind of dreading that conversation...
6. J did the CUTEST thing today. I put a CD on when I was making our breakfast, and he asked to be picked up and held his hand out - he wanted me to DANCE with him! Cue mama's melting heart.
7. My BIL and his girlfriend want us to go to western Mass for the weekend. It's her twins' birthday party. I'm not sure we can make it because we'd have to do an overnight and can't leave our doggie anywhere. She can't come because their landlord doesn't accept pets in the apartment. *sigh*
8. I went to my first Management Team meeting today. I'm officially a manager, I guess... I cracked up when I saw the agenda said M-Team Meeting. It made me think of the X-Men. HAHAHAHAH, cracking up all over again...
9. Die in hell, Prop 8. Die. In. Hell.
10. 3 long days this week... Yesterday, tomorrow, and Thursday. Can't wait for the weekend!
1. My birthday is in 3 hours! So many of us! I bought myself.. I mean N.. a Bob Revolution and K and I signed up for my first post-baby 5k. Hooray! (The 5K is in March. He is still a little too small to run with right now)
2. Tomorrow I am getting a pair of Nike Free sneakers. I got a pair when I was 6 months pregnant and my feet were killing me and they are the sh*t. I am super duper excited for another pair.
3. I have amazingly high arches. The Boston Ballet Company would collectively sigh at them. I swear I was meant to be a ballerina..from the ankle down. My whopping 5'1 stature would never make the cut. But my arches would!
4. Leap - My grandparents not only planned but also threw their own dress rehearsal funerals complete with party at the grave about 10 years before they died.
5. I can't wait to file my taxes. I am waiting on a form from my uncle. We are booking our Ptown trip and then putting the rest in N's college account.
6. I walked 25 miles last week with my little bug. I am loving this mild winter!!
7. My sister is in NYC for the week auditioning and I miss her. We always have breakfast on our birthdays.. sigh
8. N is so cute. He is starting to grab things and intentionally (I think?) touch my face. He hold his lovies up to his face. It melts my heart.
9. Tomorrow I am going to the Diaper.Lab to celebrate my birthday and buying cloth diapers and a swim diaper. We joined a pool for the winter season and I can't wait to take N for the first time!
10. I almost went there today but got really excited to 'treat' myself tomorrow that I turned my car around.. on the highway. I swear I used to be cool. Not no mo'
7. I resolved to learn some Spanish this year, but I have no direction for getting started. I'd love to do Rosetta Stone or something similar, but feel like I shouldn't spend the money..

Same sex couple TTC with donor sperm. I am 35 and carrying. Endometriosis and DOR. AMH 0.5, AFC 5-8, FSH 7ish
2. Thinking of you, CT, and hope you feel better soon, ssg.
3. We're in Chicago!!! Got our stuff moved to our apartment on Sunday.
4. The apartment is a furnished short term place and there's very little storage, so I'm working on creative box placement around the apartment.
5. Tomorrow I'm going to get back to job hunting. I find the prospect overwhelming, but one step at a time.
6. C really likes her new job/postdoc so far. I think this is going to be a great experience for her.
7. I had a meltdown yesterday on the phone with my mom about my relationship with my sister. I keep hoping we'll figure out a way to get along as adults, but it just isn't happening.
8. I'm really sleepy, so I'm going to go to bed now.

I've been using the target off brand. They look just like the Wondfo test strips. I'm thinking that I may try the smiley face ones... Where do you find them and how much do they cost? Those would be SO much easier.
You can get the smiley ones at Target, Walmart, etc. A 14 test 2 pack is $48.50 on amazon. I test with wondfo until think they are positive and then confirm with the digital.
Oh do not buy from Amazon! We get them at WalMart or Target for $35 for a 21 pack which is usually enough for 2 cycles!
7. I resolved to learn some Spanish this year, but I have no direction for getting started. I'd love to do Rosetta Stone or something similar, but feel like I shouldn't spend the money..

Thanks for all of the help everyone! I'm definitely going to look into this for next month!
Re: Ten Things Tuesday
1. my life is a total rollercoaster lately. something goes excitingly well, then bam - bad news follows.
2. i think we are going to have a terribly hard decision to make soon
Blogs: Our Growing Family - CT Working Moms

1) Today is my birthday!
2) DW got a promotion!
10. Time to get coffee before my meeting.
*DS 6/28/2013*
1. Happy Birthday 2Mommies!
2. We had our school meeting yesterday re: the kids having to go to the principals office a combined 3x in January for talking about their penises. Seriously, it was this huge freaking production: principal, education coordinator, after care teacher, break out reading teachers, and their K teacher. All of this to say, this behavior is normal, they are doing great in K and making great progress, and there haven't been any incidents since the they went to the office. Oh, and the after care teachers are changing how they approach things (ie. not sending kids to the bathroom in groups and focusing on positive behaviors vs negative. D'oh.) They said they were doing these large group meetings for 4 kids in their class just to make sure everyone was on the same page, but I still think it was a huge waste of time. A phone call would have sufficed.
-- TSD
Bloggity Blog - You know you want to...
I'd rather play at hug o' war,
Where everyone hugs
Instead of tugs,
Where everyone giggles
And rolls on the rug,
Where everyone kisses,
And everyone grins,
And everyone cuddles,
And everyone wins.
Two Mommies Healing Hearts
1. CT -
Hang in there!
I can't believe he'll be two soon.
sahm ~ toddler breastfeeder ~ cloth diaperer ~ baby wearer
thanks
and i really will get those pics to you soon.

Well, I think uploading pics should be your top priority - you know, during all your free time
I just want to show them to C
I actually can't stand it when people bug me to upload pics of Henry, as if I'm just sitting around with nothing more important to do!
Well, since he's not contained, he has access to all of the books and toys in his room. And he did play some this morning (I could hear him) before he fell back asleep by the door. But he really is getting up too early for his own good - he's too tired later! Yesterday at the grocery store, we got one of those carts with the car in front, and he fell asleep at the wheel, LOL.

omg, please tell me you got a picture of that!

LOL I should have! I only have a verrrry crappy camera on my very unfancy phone though.

Not no mo'
