DH Got A Netti Pot!

Well, the stuff you use in one, and he's using a cheaper squeeze bottle to determine if he likes it.

I'm soooo pround of him-He researched it all by himself!

Much better going this route than always having to go to E,N&T speacialist all the time for meds.

    THey are great! I don't think I'll ever convince my DH to use one though. I've been really congested so did the Neti this morning and yesterday.  Last night, boiled up some organic apple cider vinegar and water and inhaled the steam--smells gross but great for the sinuses!

    I can never think of anything but Dwight using Pam's tea pot as a netti pot on the 1st x-mas Office. I'm obviously a dork since this is maybe the 3rd nest post that I've related to an Office episode.

    LOL. I just got one of those & I was skeptical since I hate putting anything up my nose (nasal sprays etc)...but I was fascinated when I used it! I bought the cheap CVS one... I made my husband try it, I thought he'd like it but he was not as excited about it as me...
