Nate is being discharged today!!!
He's doing amazingly well. So happy and funny, just back to his usual self. I freaking love this kid and feel soooooo lucky right now!
And I know I've already said this a million times, but I'll say it again: thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the positive vibes and prayers. I know without a doubt that they helped us all pull through this so miraculously. Smooches all around!

WE'RE HOME!!!!!!! Woohoo! Thanks everybody. This has been the most surreal few days of my life. I still can't believe it all happened.
i have staples in my head that need to come out either Friday or Saturday, not sure which. I have to check my discharge paperwork.
Nate isn't supposed to walk on his cast, so we'll have to carry him everywhere and keep him entertained while he's sitting. I foresee a LOT of iPad use in the next few weeks.
And, yes, we will get a new stroller. DH was so impressed with the Maclaren we had that he wants to get another. He's convinced that if we had gotten some cheap umbrella stroller, Nate wouldn't be around right now. I'm not sure if he's right or not, but I'm cool with getting another Maclaren. We do have a double one that we can use for now, so who knows. Maybe we'll just stick with that one.
