Etsy Disappointment :(

I'm a huge etsy fan, and when I receive a great product and great service from a seller I recommend them like crazy. I used this on seller for my wedding invites, together we designed my invitations and they were awesome!! The seller was so sweet. So I sent my friends, and ordered all kinds of stationary from her. The design that I came up with for my wedding invites...is her #1 seller AND was featured in Bride magazine. Anyway, went to order my sisters wedding invited from her, no response. 3 days later, I get a response from her daughter who took over the business   She said "thanks for your inquiry, I don't know you, we are too busy, I'm not taking new orders, use another seller." 

Oooo!!!  I'm fuming!!!!! What a B!!!  I already gave my mom her info for my baby shower invites. Uggggh :(

    Wow that was rude.  Even if she is booked she could say it nicely.  And wtf is up with the "I don't know you"?  None o the etsy sellers I've ever used have "known" me.  Crazy.  Is there a way to leave negative feedback if you haven't bought yet?  I would leave a comment about the mom being wonderful but now the daughter is I charge and she is very rude.   

    I would take her advice and find a BETTER and nicer seller.

    Goodluck finding another amazing seller.

    Uhg I would definitely find a way to leave negative feedback, do you have the mother's email address or something so you can talk to her? Totally not good business sense, she'll loose all the customers her mother has created acting like that.

    Oh I hate that! Not a very good business plan...

    On a side note, my cousin is a seller on etsy and she does invites etc on an antique printing press. Not sure if that is what you are looking for, but if so I can get you her info :o)

     OMGoodness antique printing press?!? Drooooolllll - I LOVE letterpress

    Lame and a half. It always irritates me when I get poor customer service from small business owners, particularly the really entitled ones. Time to find someone else :(
