I lost about 6 pounds last week - and I think my total is 9. Happy with that but I need to kick my butt in gear with working out! I also need to start drinking more water..
I did great over the weekend- minus Friday night's olive garden DH really wanted it and we had gift cards to use...so whatever I didn't eat all of it. And didn't eat breadsticks. Yesterday I made white bean chicken chili so we did ok. DH is struggling with not snacking. He is really taking this diet seriously which is nice!
Really get serious and start tracking my points. (I'm doing WW.) I was down on Friday, but I weighed myself this morning and it wasn't pretty. I know a lot of it is sodium but still, I suck.
I lost 5.6lbs this week (though 1/2 that was probably the water I was retaining last Sunday. Still quite proud of myself!) I am now down 28.4 lbs since I started. I have an appointment with my cardiologist in 2 weeks, and I'd like to have hit the 30lb mark by then.
I got 2 good runs in last week despite a cold that kicked my asthma into high gear. Going out to enjoy the awesome weather this afternoon and am planning to just see how far I can get. My goal is to run 3 times by the weekend. I need to get back on track if I want to do a 5-mile race on St. Patty's Day.
I didn't really eat too much yesterday due to a nasty headache, but what I did eat was crud and now it seems I can't get enough water today. I see several trips to the water cooler in my future!

You don't suck! Yummy sodium-laden food happens! Just drink lots of water and track. You'll be fine!
nope, but I had no plans to! It was my birthday weekend, so I indulged quite a bit! Yesterday I ate as much junk as I could handle so I could get it all in before getting serious TODAY!
Starting my 28day Whole Living Challenge today. Sipping on my detox tea, no coffee (which sucks because I slept like crap last night!) Went grocery shopping yesterday and got tons and tons of veggies and other healthy snacks.
Did you survive Superbowl snacking?? Yes, I was so proud. I just munched on the veggies we had out. I didn't touch any of the other stuff. I purposly made several pizza's to have out. Since I don't like pizza, it wasn't an issue for me.
Any goals for this week? I lost 2 lbs last week. This week I want another 2-3. I also want to get to the gym 2x this week to work out. And the water thing...I've been really bad about it.

Meh. sorta. I avoided the pizza and wings but still had a few little hotdogs in crescent rolls and a rice krispie treat. I made a cake on Sunday and I think I may have had a few (like 20) licks of the spoon once the cake was in the oven.
Any goals for this week?
Yep- lose weight, lol. This was the 1st "weigh in" in 5 weeks that I didn't lose weight. I don't know it it was AF or sushi 2 days in a row but I was up like .4 this morning. We leave for Mexico in exactly 4 weeks so it's time to buckle down. I gotta get back to tracking my cals and NOT snacking from my kids plates.
Did you survive Superbowl snacking?? No, no I did not. But I never really intended to, so I'm okay with that
Any goals for this week?Drink more water. I just can't seem to get myself to do it & it's strange because I used to drink nothing but water! Keep working out. I managed to do 30ds 4 times in the past 6 days, so I'm proud of myself for that. Today I was down 1.2; which is great considering DH came home last week for the first time in a month & we've eaten lasagna, hot dogs & calzones since....time for some healthier dinners!
I've stayed steady over the emotional eating of last week and the Superbowl snacking. But I need to get back on track. Since we're not going to Disney until mid-April, I have to really kick it into gear so I can be at least halfway to my final goal.

I did not survive Super Bowl. Heck....I haven't survived the last two months. Every week I come up with a new excuse why I can't diet this week and have to wait until the following week. I need some motivation!!! Actually, we're signing the boys up for swim lessons that start the end of March so we'll be in the pool with them. If that doesn't motivate me I don't think anything will.
I didn't even try to survive the Super Bowl snacking, but I tried to make up for it by having a light breakfast and lunch. Making our own wings helped, as did trying to make sure Stella and Audrey were happy before I ate anything.
Goals this week: Drink more water, get on my ILs treadmill at least 3 times.
I have been eating really well - good portions and also eating pretty healthy. I've also been trying to work out at night before bed, but I'm pretty tired and I feel kind of run down, so it's tough to find a balance. Basically I'm working out 8:30-9pm at night (1/2 hr on the elliptical) but then I basically want to drop into bed.
I want to get my eating back on track. I slacked a little last week. I hope to finish Week 6 of C25K.
I did not weigh myself yesterday, as I did not get to the gym (which is where I typically track, as it is a digital scale). I did however fit into a pair of my size 12 dress pants, which is a nice accomplishment. And I went to the mall and bought some new tops. That size will not change much, so I figured I was safe.

No real Superbowl snacking here.
