    I added mine! It's cute, exciting, and a little depressing (because it is so cute and I'll be sad if I have to take it down in another month LOL!).

     How's your cycle going thus far?

    =) I only placed it on my sigi so everyone could see it because I couldn't figure out how to get it on the message board. Other then that I would've waited just incase so its not depressing, just in case it doesn't work out. BUT I'm glad you liked it!

    This morning I got visited by AF! So now it's a matter of waiting on the whole cycle. I'll definitely keep you posted though! How about yourself? What's your cycle looking like? GL and FX for you! =)

    See now I took my off my sigi not to jinx myself. But it's so cute... I hope it finds a permanent place on my profile soon!!!

    I'm much like you. Just starting my cycle. I started AF on Tuesday so she's almost bid farwell for the month by now. I did get some pre-seed to try this month (this is our 3rd month TTC), got my OPK's in the mail yesterday, and am stopping to get a BBT on my way home from work. Do you do any of those 3 things? Last month I just used the OPK's and according to them we had perfect timing, so now I"m thinking I'll temp just to make sure I do O.

    Who would have thought making a baby was all this work!!?!?!

    Last month was our first time TTC! I haven't tried any of the things you've mentioned just yet. I kind of have an idea as to why I may have not gotten pregnant the first time around so I want to try and do things a little different this time around and see the outcome! Hoping its a positive one! =) I usually know when I ovulate because I tend to get severe cramping plush discharge a very clear mucus. It happen to me last month and the week that it was happening I went to the OB/GYN for my annual and he said that I was definitely ovulating and that the clear discharge was a very good thing. I read somewhere online, during my many research that the clear mucus is supposably good for when the man releases inside the women, it serves as a "booster" for the sperm. So that's something I'm keeping in mind this time around. Also, no hot showers for me after love making. =)

    Here's to us and all the other ladies trying to concieve this month for a Turkey Baby! FXs and lots of prayers! =)

    I for one never realized what it was to make a baby until I started reading up on it. LOL. Hard work in deed! GL!

    I'm still waiting to see if I am having a pumpkin. But I was just checking out this board. I am curious, Happy, why no hot showers after love making? I've never heard of that before.....I've never taken the time to do all the fertility stuff, no charting, no taking temperature or anything like that, I just figure I'm gonna get pregnant or I'm not.But I do count days of my cycle and usually have aching when I ovulate so I kinda sorta pay attention.

    I dont know if you want to know all that, but I'm bored so I might as well tell you my life story. lol

    I've been reading alot of articles on TTC and I've read that pregnant women, especially the first few weeks should not go into hot tubs or jaccuzi's or take hot showers or go into sauna's. I'm not sure how true this is; I'm assuming its a reflection of your body temperature rising. For me, I love taking really hot showers so that's why I am making a point of not doing it like I did last month. Last month was out 1st time TTC and well it didn't happen for us, so I just want to try and avoid a few of the things I feel I may have done wrong. My DH and I haven't used any methods of using ovulations kits or charting, with the exception that I do keep track of my cycle and when I ovulate (I know usually when I ovulate also cause I cramp really bad).

    LOL... please share any information you want. I check the board everyday to see if anyone new has joined or posted anything new. I'm  done with AF today so now my counting begins. I hope this month is different from last month for me, for all the ladies who missed out on having lil'pumpkins as well and for those who are looking to have lil' turkey baby's! FXs for all BFP on our HPT! =) GL to you on either your lil' pumpkin or lil' turkey! =)

    Just lurking...avoid the hot tubs, saunas, etc but you can take hot showers just as long as you don't have the water like boiling and you aren't in there for hours. The reason they say to avoid the others is that it can cause your body temp to rise which can be fatal to the baby. Good luck ya'll and I hope November is your month!
