Bodyrock tv

Has anyone tried this before? Did you like it? I agreed to do it with a friend, saw the videos, and now iam wondering just what the hell I got myself into Surprise

  • I have been doing bodyrock for almost a year and love it.  It is super intimidating at first (I watched the videos for about a month before actually trying it) but the great thing is that you can take it at your own pace.  Most of the workouts are timed intervals, i.e. you do as many of the exercises in 30 or 50 seconds as you can, so you're not necessarily having to complete a certain number of reps in a set amount of time.  And they do a good job of showing modifications if you're just beginning and not strong enough (yet!) to do the actual exercise.  Good luck!

  • I love these workouts! I do them when I need to break up my current routine, or when I just need to get a quick workout in.
