*Nestie Dust* (spotting)- Update

Can I please have some all powerful nestie dust or thoughts and prayers? 

I noticed I was spotting a little last night and then it went away.  This morning when I woke up there was nothing and then a little while ago I noticed I was spotting again.  It's not bright red and I'm not cramping so I know that is a good thing but I am still really, really scared.  My first ultrasound was supposed to be Thursday but I am going in today at 1pm.

So if I could just get some dust/thoughts/prayers that the spotting is normal and my baby is completely healthy, I would greatly appreciate it!!

 

Update: Thanks for all the dust ladies.  It appears everything is fine.  I had an ultrasound and saw the doctor and both said everything looks fine.  I'm not as far a long as my ticker and things are suggesting (which I thought based on my ovulation date, but didn't know how to calculate) but the doctor said everything was fine.  We couldn't hear the heart beat but we could see a little flicker on the screen.   My doctor's office was great with my minor panic attack today.  Thanks for all the dust/T&P.  Being a first time mommy can be scary!
