Today Was Supposed to be Fun!

Today was supposed to be fun! Annabelle and I took a trip to BBB and as we are checking out she decided to blow up her diaper. I go to the bathroom to change her and holy cow she has poop EVERYWHERE and I mean from her socks being dirty to her neck! I guess when she sits tightly in her car seat it squishes everything and when she wiggles it pushes it up. 

Mind you I am doing all of this while logging a car seat and a cart around with a huge vacuum cleaner in it. So I change her, clean her up, put on new clothes and go out to my car. We drive home and then I realize I left the changing table cover in the cart!!!! Its green so it blended in with the cart and I never saw it. Its not a big deal but its just the annoyance factor that now I have to get a new one.  

On the upside, I got the vacuum. Where is a rock I can climb under for the rest of the day?

    Uh, that's so annoying.  It seems like whenever I want to do something fun and exciting, baby has other plans.  It's like our babies are telling us to stay at home. 

    My parents took our family to dinner this past weekend to celebrate my birthday.  Phin, even though I fed him right before we left home, decided he needed to eat.  Since I'm not okay NIP, I had to sit in the car while my food got cold.  Then, after I came back, I gobbled up the food as he screamed for no apparent reason.  I took him back to the car and he ate for another 15 minutes!  So much for an enjoyable evening out!

    I totally did the same thing with my changing pad!  Except I left it in Wal-Mart's bathroom.  FAIL!!!

    MY MIL takes everyone out for the Bdays in January. LO decided to throw a fit. I spent the whole time in the bathroom. I didnt even get to eat my food.

    Ugg!

    I had a similar experience where DD leaked and I realized that I forgot an extra outfit!  Thankfully my mom brought me one at the mall :-)
