I'm trying to put some information together for my employer that looks at the benefits of offering paid maternity leave to employees. (Lower post partum depression, higher quality of worker that comes back after 12 wks off versus 6 wks off, etc.) - does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could find some useful articles, statistics, or papers?
For something like that, I'd probably check out what databases/professional journals are available at your library. Our library is subscribed to a database system that searches all sort of professional journals based on keywords and provides full copies of the articles.
