So I was going to get a tag for my truck today and the lady that was helping me asked if I would step back some, she wanted to see my belly. She said "Yep, straight boy right there!" I asked how she knew and she said she has 3 boys and boys normally are just belly. So I was just asking the ones who have found out the gender, did this apply to you? Here's my picture to give you an idea of my bump..
Re: Can you really tell gender by your belly? PIP
I think it's just an OWT. I gained weight everywhere with DS, and I mean EVERYWHERE! haha
Cute bump, though!
i think it really depends on your body shape/size. for example, i have a VERY tiny torso. i only have about 2.5" of space between the bottom of my ribs and my hipbones lol...now, i dont know if we're having a boy or girl yet, but this was my bump at 16 weeks already
i think it's just cause there is NO place for everything to go! my midwife said i'll probably get bigger than others because of this lol...wonderful! >_< but i am already getting comments from people saying "girl!" which could be true, but i think my bump is just the way it is because of my own body.
I was all belly no butt and it was a girl. Same as now. So we'll find out tomorrow!
Ditto!! I think I was fat in my earlobes....
Everyone keeps telling me Im carrying low so it must be a boy. I tell them no my uterus is about to fall out that is why Im carrying low. This is baby #4. After carrying the twins my uterus and cervix have fallen. (at least that is what my dr has said) He said I will carry very low and by the time baby is due it will feel like Im carrying in my knees. Lovely.
I carried the girls and ds the exact same way. I dont even remember if people said it was high or low. lol I was all belly and that is all. Just a bigger "ball" the second time. Perfectly round belly.
I hope to carry the same way this time.
Ignore people.

This. My best friend carried all 4 of her babies exactly the same...mixed boys and girls.
I couldn't stand when people told me I was "carrying low" at like 11 weeks. No, dumb-a$$, my uterus isn't even over my pubic bone yet. Of course I am "carrying low"
