TWC is dead to me

I'm shopping for a new ISP. ATT isn't available in my area. Who else should I be checking out?

    We had Grande at our apartment and loved them. They have limited service areas, so I don't know if you're covered. Worth checking out though.

    Oooo, yes. Grande has been my fave of all time and definitely the cheapest. We have Suddenlink now (in GT). Not sure if they serve your area. I'm kind of meh about them, but I'd definitely choose them over TWC, who is also dead to me. And don't get my started about the availability of U-Verse......

    Nope. They're not. I don't want to talk about it.

    Uverse isn't available in my area either. We are like the only ones in our neighborhood. I refuse to go with Suddenlink, TWC doesn't serve our area so I have ATT DSL. If you can get a ATT phone line you can get DSL even though you don't need a phone line. I pay 25 for DSL pro and it's just fine but they have faster speeds available. If not look into Clear. That was my only other option.

    If Grande is available in your area, I'd recommend them!  I've had them for about 7 yrs now and haven't had any major issues.

    The upside with not going with UVerse is that they have data caps.  We signed a contract with them to install and were super excited until we realized the guy lied, in writing, on the contract.  So we cancelled and stuck with TWC. :(

    I quit TWC last month after a particularly frustrating customer service experience. Quitting felt sooooooo good. UVerse isn't available where we are so we went with Direct TV and love it!!
