Please let this be the last illness of this cold-flu season

LO has been runny-nosed since last Sunday and out of daycare since Thursday. I got sick on Wednesday of last week and was home sick with LO on Thursday and Friday.

LO started running a high temp yesterday and was just miserable - he actually put his head down on my shoulder, which he never does. I have been coughing grossly and am worried that I have a sinus infection.

DH is taking LO to the pedi this morning to rule out another ear infection or RSV. I am at work until noon and will then go back to take care of LO while DH goes to work.

Hang in there. I forgot to mention to you that Y was asking about J on Friday. She was concerned because she hadn't heard from you.

If nothing else, soak up those "head on the shoulder" moments and snuggles. Now that they are getting older, it's harder to get them to stay put for a good cuddle. Smile

M came home with another cold and cough on Friday, too. Winter sucks.

Last year, things got MUCH better for us around April, and he was mostly healthy until around October. So there is hope around the corner.
