Baby weiner question, a little odd and probably TMI

My boy is 11 weeks old and when I was just changing his diaper he had white stuff on the tip of his ween. I wiped it off and continued changing his diaper, then more white stuff appeared. I wiped it again and waited a minute and it came back. I'm pretty sure he's too young for it to be semen. His ween isn'tred or swollen or anything and he doesn't seem uncomfortable. I'm freaking out though. It wasn't a lot, just a drop on the tip. Have any of you experienced this with your boys? I will probably call the doctor tomorrow but they suck at returning calls so any advice until then would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

  • I have no idea what this could be, and my darling is a girl :) but I must say your choice of title made me crack up :)

  • Is it liquidy?  I find that with my little guy he'll get this white stuff right around the bottom end of the head or if I push down the skin around the head (my DS is circued).  When ever we give him a bath we just make sure to clean it off (since it's not always visable when changing a diaper because it's under the folds).  I asked his pedi about it and she said it's nothing to worry about unless he gets all red and such.  Wow this post probably does have a lot of tmi in it lol.  If you are worried about it I would give your pedi a call just to be on the safe side, or maybe someone else will come along with a bit more info.

We get the white stuff in the fold too.  Never anything coming out of the tip though.  I would def call your pedi just to be sure it's nothing to worry about.
