I hate you, Dr. Phil (not really)

Every night I have the TV on to have some lighting to see DS when he stirs/wakes, and it usually helps me fall back to sleep.  I keep my TV on the OWN channel because its one of the only channels that doesn't have paid programming on in the middle of the night.  Dr Phil is on usually from 2 am to 5 am.  Sometimes the episodes are so dang interesting I can't fall back asleep. I have to watch.  Last night there was a 2-hour special from 1-3.  DS woke up for a feeding around 1:15 and was back down at 1:35.  Needless to say I didn't go back to sleep until 3:15.  This is totally my fault, I know I can turn off the TV, or change the channel.  But I seriously can't resist some good Dr. Phil.  So patheitc, but that man is genius!

  • I like him sometimes. This girl I went to high school with was on there with her whole family like 3 times because her brother was addicted to heroin. Now his mom and him help recovering addicts.

  • Dr. Phil is on OWN here in Nashville from 5-8am.  I always DVR them and watch 1 episode of Dr. Phil while I feed Jacob in the middle of the night.  I love his show!
