Valentine's Day

What are you doing for Valentine's Day?

We are going to dinner at Chipolte and a hockey game this saturday at 7, while "nana" and "auntie" watch dd. Then on actual valentines day I have school from 8-11 and my boyfriend works from 8-4 then gym till about 7:30. So we will probably just watch a movie (probably a kids movie seeing as our blockbuster is going out of business and he bought a ton of childrens movies, like ice age and kung fu panda) I'll make something for dinner even though I am an awful cook and we will cal it a night. 
 
I got my boyfriend the Joe Paterno memorial t-shirt, a blanket that I made and a card with our pictures on it that I made on Shutterfly.com (only paid shipping, 99cents) 
 
I got dd the GiggleBellies DVD's because she absolutely loves music and all the bright colors.
 
Puppy gets a new bone!

    I'm exclusively breastfeeding and probably won't be pumping yet by then (they told me to wait till six weeks) so I can't go anywhere without her.  So, we're doing nothing.  Although he did say that he plans on making me a nice dinner and surprising me with something.  I'll try to get out to buy him a nice card.  Still not healed yet so no sex either.

    Going out is such a process now thats why I ordered the shirt online and the card off shutter fly haha. I had the stuff for the blanket already, I was going to make it for christmas but didn't get around to it. I have my 6 w pp this week so we will see about the whole sex thing. haha.

    It all depends for us. Brooke is coming home tomorrow if all goes well tonight. Ellie is still in the NICU and her goal date is they week of the 13th so we will see what we do!

    We're not big into Valentine's Day, so I doubt we'll do anything. Maybe watch a movie?

    I've been pumping a couple times a day to get a stash started (Back to work in 5 weeks!) So my Grandma is watching the boys while DH and I go to Red Lobster.

    Ironically, one of my marine fish died this morning, so he's ordered me a new one for Valentines day. Similar to what I did for him on Father's day last year (DS was 16 days old) he's getting a card from Luke and I gave him a baby :)

    I'm pretty excited about Valentines day hehe. We are probably going to go out on thursday night after dropping Mariah off at my MIL's house. I'm not sure where we are going but a "nicer" place (for our poor grad student family =-P )

    We usually do homemade gifts for Valentines day and so since DH and I both really enjoy playing board games I made him that 52 Reasons I love you on cards that was floating around Pintrest (heres the link https://papervinenz.blogspot.com/2012/01/52-reasons-i-love-you-cards-tutorial.html )

    Also my 6 week PP doctors appointment is that day so bow chicka wow wow and all that =-P

    DH will be at the firehouse all day on the 14th...he is super bummed to go back to work Friday and so I don't know exactly what I will do for him....I want to cheer him up...in truth he works 10 24hr shifts a month so he will still be home alot but they are long 24 hrs.  Unfortunately he's kinda got  that man's man thing going so I can only get so mushy LOL....I'll come up with something...if I get some sleep between now and then...his Bday was the day before I went into labor and that didn;t get alot of attention obviously...i feel bad
