Double Stroller Recs

So my DD will be 3 two months before LO is born.  I want to get a double stroller that will fit an infant seat and accomodate a tall 3 yr old.  I was looking into Graco's Ready2Grow Stand & Ride stroller.  I'm trying to stick to Graco since I have the Snugride 32 infant car seat.  Any other suggestions?  TIA.

Re: Double Stroller Recs

  • Depends on your budget I guess. I liked the graco sit and stand when I saw it, it's quite large and bulky and wouldn't fit in my trunk. Also if my daughter was older like yours I'd definitely get a sit and stand.  Google double strollers compatible with graco infant car seats. :)

  • We're using the Britax B-Ready with the universal car seat adapter and second seat.

Other really awesome options that have universal adapters:
    - Baby Jogger City Select
    - Baby Jogger City Mini Double

  • I absolutly LOVE my citi mini. It has a universal carseat adapter but I really didnt end up using it, it seemed really big with the carseat on it.  I would just lay the seat flat and put my son in there and he did just fine.  Now my boys are 4 and 2 and are tall for their age and they both still love to ride in the stroller.  It has wheelchair specs which is nice because it will fit through any doorway no problem. It folds up flat and is super easy to fold and unfold.

  • We will be getting either the City Mini double or the City Mini GT double.  Both are compatible with most car seats, though I am not sure I will use the car seat with it even as an infant.

  • I absolutely love our Baby Jogger City Select and can't say enough about it's versatility.  It is kind of pricey, but totally worth it.  I am a FTM so I haven't exactly used it for two children, but it is the reason I bought this particular stroller in the first place.  I was originally registered for a basic stroller until I ran into a few people who swear by this stroller for their children.  We have ours already and it has so many different combinations for any and all needs.  I would definitely look into this.  Best purchase so far for us!
  • THANK YOU LADIES!!!  I  value opinions more than anything when buying a new product.  I really appreciate the recs!
