New to The Bump

Hi, I've recently signed up for The Bump because it seems as though all my friends are talking about it. Of course, "all" my friends seem to have babies. I thought I'd check it out to see what this buzz is all about.

I met my husband about 2 years after my divorce. We were engaged about 3 months after our first date and married a year to the date the day we started communicating on Match.com. We will be celebrating our first anniversary next month. I couldn't have asked for a better husband!

I knew of my infertility issues in my first marriage so I made sure to tell my husband on one of our first dates about my issues. I told him he could back out if he didn't want to deal with them. It didn't bother him one bit and he decided to keep dating me!

About 6 months before our wedding we had talked with my RE docs and discussed our options. After my husband (fiance at the time) was tested, I was able to pick up where I left off a few years back in my previous marriage drug wise. I would be able to start back on Clomid, but at a higher dose whenever we were ready to start trying to get pregnant.

Two months before the wedding (Nov. 2010) we starting trying once cycle on our own, naturally. Obviously that didn't work. 14 months later here we are, fresh out of our first FET and "patiently" waiting for our first beta on Thursday!!
